The third round of the 2019 FIA World Rallycross Championship will take place at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium. Championship promotor IMG today (February 6) revealed the track layout for “World RX of the Benelux”.
A 913-metre track will be set out in the endurance area of the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, incorporating Eau Rouge. The ascent of the Raidillon is followed by a hairpin bend, before hurtling back towards Eau Rouge. Furthermore there is a stadium section which features an extra wide, banked corner designed to allow drivers take various racing lines. There are parallel jumps on the main track and the joker lap section.
“World RX of the Benelux” at the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps takes places on May 11-12, 2019.
